Experts on engagement through behavioural insights, their analysis has helped organisations engage with their employees in over 60 countries. Vincent Dolan, Practitioner, Investors in People
Investors in People are experts in the sustained success that comes from engaging employees through proper leadership, support and management. As an experienced IIP Practitioner, Vincent has seen what works (and what doesn’t) across a whole host of organisations, and will be able to provide his insights into gaining a return on that investment in people.
With three different approaches, but similarly impressive experiences of grappling with employee engagement, the panellists will be able to describe their success stories, and pitfalls to avoid. There will also be open discussion sessions to allow for any burning employee engagement questions to be directed towards the panellists.
